Lindsay joins the Prime Care Coordination team with 15+ years of insurance, investigations, ethics and compliance, audit and quality experience. Prior to her current role at Prime Care, Lindsay was the Ethics & Compliance Manager for Harris Corporation where she was responsible for establishing an effective Ethics & Business Conduct program. She has spent several years in human services at Catholic Family Center in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Compliance and Quality Officer and then moving into the role of Vice President of Operational Excellence.
Lindsay has a B.S in Criminal Justice from Rochester Institute of Technology and a M.S in Economic Crime Management from Utica College. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 2016 Rochester Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award Winner and serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Coordinated Care Services, Inc.
Wendy comes to Prime Care Coordination with several years of senior management experience. During her tenure career working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, she managed program areas in residential, day services, family supports and outreach/enrollment, and ultimately received a promotion to Program Administrator overseeing a variety of different services, including Medicaid Service Coordination. From there, she served as the Manager of Project Management for Community Health Systems before moving on to the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). At the URMC, she was employed as a Project Manager/Electronic Medical Record Program Manager.
Wendy has a masters in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and lives in Rochester, NY.
Rebecca comes to Prime Care Coordination with several years of experience working and leading in quality and compliance roles. She has experience working with both DOH and OPWDD programs. Rebecca was most recently Director of Quality and Compliance for another company, a position in which she held for five years!
